During my coach training, in a group exercise, one of my fellow coach students asked me what “courage” meant for me. (thanks again Dóri! :))
It had a great impact on me and I burst out in tears.
Be(come) brave is also one of the pillars of my 5B concept, not by chance.
Just think about how we tend to fixate ourselves into a particular point of view just because we’ve heard it so, we’re used to it, or because our parents did it that way. We are afraid of the unknown, of new situations, we limit ourselves, we don’t allow ourselves to desire more, different from what we have created in our lives.
Yet, if we dare to be brave, to open our eyes, our hearts and our minds, a wider reality, a different world could open up to us. A life, in which we do not act out of fixed conclusions, but from our hearts, following our inner compass, making decisions.
And yes, this often involves stepping out (or into) the unknown without a safety net. This really requires great courage and faith in ourselves! But who knows what great opportunities it can open up for us…

Our conditions and layers
We are in a period that is very supportive of confronting our conditioned behavior patterns and unlocking and reshaping them with the tool of awareness.
